They put me in touch with JT Jones, and I ended up ordering to get what I wanted. JT help me every step of the way answering all my questions and concerns. He kept me updated on the progress of my order, and when the truck should arrived. When it did arrived, JT helped get all of the paperwork done as quickly as possible, and everyone that I met at the dealership was very kind and considerate of my time. I needed to buy a truck for our property and just to have. I went to Jack Kain Ford and spoke with Nik Venn. I let Nik know. I was casually looking and asked him to let me know if anything came up. About one week later, Nik saw a truck that would match my needs and gave me a call. Nik let me look over the truck, think on it for a bit and even drive it home.
Nik was right, the truck did meet my needs and I made the purchase the next day. Nik even came in on his day off to get the paperwork together.

I recently purchased a new Ford Mustang Mach-E from Kain Ford. I am from the Cincinnati area and found the Mach-E I had been searching for through Ford's website at Kain Ford. I mainly worked with Everett Laurance on my purchase and really enjoyed the experience. Everything was no hassle and very easy! My husband and I already own one Mach-E, which we drove down in, and Everett plugged us up for a charge while I bought the new car. He was very excited about selling the Mach-E, and we talked about how awesome the electric cars are to drive! I recently purchased a new Ford Mustang Mach-E from Kain Ford. I am from the Cincinnati area and found the Mach-E I had been searching for through Ford's website at Kain Ford. I mainly worked with Everett Laurance on my purchase and really enjoyed the experience. Everything was no hassle and very easy! My husband and I already own one Mach-E, which we drove down in, and Everett plugged us up for a charge while I bought the new car. He was very excited about selling the Mach-E, and we talked about how awesome the electric cars are to drive! I really enjoyed my time at the dealership, which is saying something because buying a car is usually not on my list of super enjoyable experiences. I would highly recommend buying from Everett and Kain Ford!

Could not have had a better experience buying a car than I did working with the folks at Jack Kain. JT and I talked back and forth for a week while I waited out the weather and once on the lot, he met me at the door and the truck was pulled up for my appt. Max was great to work with on getting all the details worked out and overall the process was quick and painless. I think even my father, who never meets a stranger was impressed with the family business and how nice everyone was. I'm sure he will add them to his places of interest as he looks for a new truck. They put me in touch with JT Jones, and I ended up ordering to get what I wanted. JT help me every step of the way answering all my questions and concerns. He kept me updated on the progress of my order, and when the truck should arrived. When it did arrived, JT helped get all of the paperwork done as quickly as possible, and everyone that I met at the dealership was very kind and considerate of my time.
